Job summary

Crossmark Inc. in a retail setting seeks an Associate to perform in-store product demonstrations and engage customers. You will learn product details, present benefits, and maintain a clean demonstration area during shifts.

The role is up to 25 hours per week with scheduling based on client needs. Training is provided, and some travel to stores may be involved. English proficiency and a professional appearance are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience.
• Proficient with PC/mobile devices and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products and demonstrate features to consumers.
• Prepare and serve samples using microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station and use cleaning chemicals.
• Build rapport with store staff and support client objectives.
• Complete expense reports and online requirements the same day as events.
