Job summary

Product Connections is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, obtain product knowledge, and engage with consumers professionally. The role includes preparing and serving samples, maintaining cleanliness and safety, and assisting with event setup and client audits.

The position is part-time (not to exceed 25 hours per week) in a retail environment, with responsibilities including documenting online requirements the day of events and coordinating with store

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 to 3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsibilities

• Gains knowledge of products represented and demonstrates them in-store to consumers.
• Prepares, serves, and breaks down product, equipment, and supplies.
• Interacts with consumers in a professional manner and drives product interest.
• Maintains a clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and complete all required online documentation on the day of execution.
• Provide support for client visits and audits as needed.

Education
