Product Connections is seeking an in-store associate to conduct demonstrations of food and non-food items in retail settings. You will learn product details, engage customers, and convincingly present features and benefits while maintaining a professional appearance.

The role involves preparing samples with common kitchen appliances, keeping a clean workspace, and coordinating with store staff to meet client objectives. This is a part-time, on-site position with flexible hours.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in using a computer, mobile device, and internal systems.
• Local Food handlers permit may be required.
• Stand and walk for the shift; lift up to 25 pounds (up to 50 pounds occasionally).

Responsabilidades

• Gain knowledge of the products represented.
• Intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer.
• Explain the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation.
• Set up and prepare the Event Table for demonstrations.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with client visits and complete audit corrections.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the day of Event execution.
• Access internet and company systems (Outlook, Word, PDF).
