ARS is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores in Summerville, SC. Earn $18-$20/hour plus uncapped commission; average with commission $25-$45/hour.

Opportunities for part-time and full-time, with paid training and weekly pay. You will engage with customers, uncover needs, educate on HVAC/plumbing options, and generate leads for in-home consultations.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance representing ARS.
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and IAQ.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation.
