Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter in North Charleston, SC is hiring In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent HVAC, plumbing and electrical services inside national home improvement retailers. You will engage shoppers, qualify leads and schedule in-home consultations.

No HVAC experience required; we’re seeking outgoing individuals. Earn hourly pay plus uncapped commission with average earnings of $20–$30/hour with commission; weekly pay and benefits available for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers.
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts.
• Weekend and some holiday availability.
• Reliable transportation.
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand.
• Attend weekly in-office meetings.
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law.
