Job summary

Scotch is building the next-generation operating system for beverage alcohol retailers, unifying POS, payments, back office, and ecommerce. The Product Manager for the in-store Android POS will own the terminal end-to-end, spending time in stores to shape what we build and working with engineering to ship it.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management experience.
• You are the single accountable decision maker before shipping.
• You have direct customer contact and in-person user research.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for the POS app and plan releases.
• Prioritize merchant escalations and platform work.
• Spend time in stores observing usage and gather insights.
• Translate inputs into clear requirements and maintain direction.
• Ensure hardware peripherals and network reliability in real stores.
• Own end-to-end releases and rollout plans.
• Serve as product contact for support, onboarding, and GTM; write release notes.
• Define success metrics before building and measure adoption.
• Raise the bar on writing, decision making, and merchant communications.
