First National Bank Texas seeks a friendly teller for the FCB Plainview Walmart branch to handle cash receipts, deposits, and customer transactions in a high-volume sales environment.

You will cross-sell banking services, process money orders, cashier’s checks, wires, and CDs, and maintain accuracy and security while serving a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking individuals. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of work experience in a retail or customer service environment preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass background investigation according to company policy.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work effectively in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service, handling receipt and payment of cash in a high-volume sales environment.
• Evaluate customer relationships and recommend bank products and services.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Achieve monthly new account production as assigned by management.
• Participate in in-store prospecting within the branch setting.
• Process deposits and payouts, balance daily transactions.
• Receive cash and checks, verify amounts and endorsements.
• Guard against counterfeit checks and misidentification.
• Enter transactions into computer and issue receipts.
• Sell and prepare money orders, cashier's checks, wires, and CDs.
• Process Western Union wires and cash advances.
• Cross-sell bank services and products.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including Spanish-speaking customers.
• Perform other tasks as requested by supervisors.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Approval limits based on authority levels.
