Job summary

The Sherwin-Williams Company is seeking a Store Associate in Smyrna, GA to help retail and wholesale customers find the right products and achieve store sales goals. You will promptly resolve customer concerns, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain high standards of presentation and service.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, processing transactions, stocking shelves, tinting and mixing products, and supporting deliveries as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• Legal authorization to work without sponsorship.
• Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent sales service to customers.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by assessing needs and recommending products.
• Build trusted relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately per policies.
• Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
• Pull products from floor or warehouse and stock shelves.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition for assigned areas.
• Assist in deliveries as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products and available options.
