Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Drive sales with in-store and online clients by using technology effectively.
• Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout the shopping experience.
• Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and store operational tasks, including floor and fitting room upkeep.
