Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret instructional and procedural documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, seamless, and enjoyable in-store and online customer experience.
• Build customer relationships and drive sales using technology.
• Support merchandising, fulfillment, and store operations, including sales-floor and fitting-room upkeep.
• Share loyalty program benefits and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.
