Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to stock shelves, place promotional displays, and place orders via iPad to ensure product availability. The role requires driving your own vehicle, working a consistent Sun–Thu schedule, and representing Nabisco brands such as Oreo and Ritz in multiple New Jersey stores.

Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and prior retail experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with self-motivation and ability to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional up to 50 lbs; able to push/pull.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Hamilton Square, NJ; other NJ locations listed.
• Schedule availability: Sun–Thu.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and collaborate with sales reps to optimize shelf visibility and promotions.
• Conduct in-store visits per DSD Merchandising steps and photograph displays.
• Order products via iPad to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated store plans and report issues to Mondelēz management.
• Follow daily merchandising schedule to maximize in-store efficiency.
• Enhance seasonal displays and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat representation of Mondelēz in-store.
