Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to work in the Pennington/Hamilton Square area of New Jersey. You will represent the company in-store, optimize product visibility, and manage shelf displays to ensure stock and promotional adherence across key Nabisco brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, and Chips Ahoy.

You will place orders via iPad to maintain shelf availability, follow store plans, and capture display photos.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a personal vehicle to various store locations.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus and helpful for merchandising and promotions.
• Represents Mondelēz in stores and executes merchandising steps as directed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of store personnel and optimize shelf visibility.
• Conduct in-store visits and capture photos of displays.
• Order product via iPad to ensure shelf availability and displays.
• Ensure leading Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to management.
• Adhere to the merchandising manager's daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Support seasonal sales and launches through displays and promotions.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while in stores.
