Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to fulfill merchandising needs through communication, stocking shelves, and maintaining displays. You will represent the company with in-store staff and stock key brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Responsibilities include in-store visits, placing orders via iPad, ensuring in-stock conditions, following guidelines, and supporting seasonal launches.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID to access military base facilities.
• Self-motivated, professional attitude and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle; mileage is reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in stores and collaborate with sales reps to optimize visibility and displays.
• Carry out in-store visits per DSD Merchandising Steps, including taking photos of displays.
• Place product orders via iPad/tablet to maintain in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked per Mondelēz guidelines.
• Follow negotiated plans with store managers and report issues to management.
• Adhere to the merchandising manager's daily schedule for efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Maintain a positive, upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.
