Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to operate in-person at our Mauldin, SC location. You will drive sales of handsets, plans and accessories, meeting monthly quotas and delivering top-tier customer service under company benchmarks.

The role requires standing for long periods, a flexible schedule, and reliable transportation. Bilingual Spanish is preferred; previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have reliable transportation to location, training and off-site meetings.

Responsibilities

• Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high quality sales that exceed benchmarks.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Adhere to all policies and paperwork procedures as outlined in the Handbook and training materials.
• Maintain store appearance and complete required training within the timeline set by management.
