Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking candidates to provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will support leadership with reporting, scheduling, onboarding new hires, and training teammates.

You must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, have reliable transportation, and have 1–2 years merchandising experience; no prior experience is required

Qualifications

1–2 years merchandising experience
18 years or older
Able to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation to work location
Experience leading/training people
Smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with bias for action and results
Work independently and in a team
Safety-first mindset in retail environment

Responsibilities

Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
