Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a FAST Team Member to operate in a single store, managing planograms, signage, price changes and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service while maintaining signage and merchandise standards.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong communication and self-direction, with shifts typically 4+ hours. Indoor/outdoor work and physical tasks are involved, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and adhere to shifts.
• Complete planograms and store resets accurately and timely.
• Install and maintain store signage, price changes and promotions.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA guidance.
• Promote a safe, productive work environment per safety guidelines.
