Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and enhance shopper experiences across locations in the United States. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and monitor inventory to help maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required; training and team support are provided so you can grow with the company. This role offers flexible hours and opportunities to take on additional shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable performing physical work in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
