Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company, an Advantage Solutions company, seeks an in-store merchandising support associate to help retailers meet shoppers' needs. You will build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

No prior experience required as training and team support are provided; you should enjoy interacting with customers, stay physically active, and be reliable for flexible hours and additional shifts.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.
