Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities.

You will interact with customers and store staff in a friendly, energetic environment and help ensure shelves are properly stocked and displays are up to date. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Motivated self-starter with a bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently, but also possess successful team-building skills.
• Ability to perform duties with a safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps, and rotating product shelves.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support store teams to ensure excellent shopper experiences.
