Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in a store, owning end-to-end tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes and merchandise fixtures while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

You will perform planograms, resets, PDQ assembly, price updates, and signage maintenance, coordinate with the District FAST Supervisor, and support store operations with a flexible schedule and safety-first approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reads, writes and counts accurately regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and recovery.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment.
