Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team in-store to own end-to-end tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly while delivering legendary customer service. The role emphasizes reliability, adaptability, and proactive communication with the District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.

You will help maintain signage, execute planograms, and support customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting ability expected regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
