Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to own and execute planograms, signage, price changes, merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all store signage while delivering legendary customer service to customers and teammates.

You will be responsible for completing planograms, resets, price changes, and sign updates, and for collaborating with the District FAST Supervisor to ensure store goals are met in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting accurately required regardless of education level.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project measurements and store price changes.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage (circulars, price cuts, managers’ specials).
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Ensure planogram integrity and provide legendary customer service.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and perform other duties as assigned.
