Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team. This role focuses on executing planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly within a single store while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Flexible, teamwork-oriented individuals who can communicate with store leadership and complete tasks accurately and on time will thrive in this role. Shifts vary and include working days with a focus on reliable attendance and safety.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment for Team Members and customers.
