Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, primarily in a single store, owning and executing planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service and supporting other tasks as assigned.

Shifts vary by store, generally 4–10 hours, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork. This role supports a safe, productive environment and ongoing brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or merchandising experience preferred.
• Read, write and count accurately.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Complete planograms and resets accurately and promptly.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars and price changes.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Provide legendary customer service and make the customer a priority.
