Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to join the Field Activity Support Team, focusing on a single store. You will own and execute planograms, signage updates, price changes, and merchandise/fixture assembly while delivering legendary customer service to shoppers.

Expect to work flexible shifts, maintain planogram integrity, perform measurements, and support other tasks as needed. A high school diploma is preferred, with strong communication and problem‑solving skills required.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work shifts as needed by business needs.
• Planograms and resets completed accurately and timely.
• Price changes carried out accurately and promptly.
• Install and maintain store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service in stores.
