Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work primarily in-store, owning start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, and price changes while supporting merchandising and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and teammates to deliver legendary service using the GURA method.

Experience in retail and merchandising is preferred; 18+ years old with reading, writing, and counting proficiency. Shifts vary by store, with emphasis on attendance and adaptable service.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required. Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on work completion, issues, and solutions.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform project related measurements.
• Complete store price changes accurately and timely.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including Circulars, Price Cuts and Managers’ Specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform recovery and review planogram integrity.
• Provide legendary customer service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend products, Ask for the sale.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
