Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a FAST Team Member to operate in-store, executing planograms, signage updates, and price changes, while assisting with merchandise and fixture assembly. You will interact with customers and team members, delivering legendary service through the GURA method.

The role requires reliability, flexibility, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately; prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred, and 18+ to qualify.

Qualifications

• Retail or merchandising experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting abilities required regardless of education.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine or welding knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-to-finish tasks like planograms, signage, price changes.
• Support merchandise and fixture assembly and signage maintenance.
• Provide legendary customer service in interactions with customers.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations.
• Maintain planograms, execute price changes, and ensure planogram integrity.
