Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a FAST Team Member to work in-store, owning finish-to-start tasks like planograms, signage, price changes, and merchandise assembly. You’ll interact with customers and teammates, delivering legendary service and maintaining signage and fixtures as directed by the FAST program.

The role requires 18+ years of age, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to read, write, and count.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or merchandising is required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Reading, writing and counting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute planograms and resets accurately and timely.
• Perform store price changes and signage maintenance.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Provide legendary customer service and greet customers in-store.
• Communicate progress and issues with District FAST Supervisor.
• Promote safety and adherence to company guidelines.
