Job summary

Tractor Supply in Texas is seeking a FAST Team Member to join our Field Activity Support Team. You will own and execute start-to-finish tasks including planograms, signage updates, and price changes in-store, while assisting with merchandise and fixture assembly.

The role requires reliable attendance, flexible hours, and legendary customer service, working closely with store teams and the District FAST Supervisor to complete projects accurately and safely.

Qualifications

• Experience: Prior retail and/or merchandising experience is required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.
• Regardless of education level, FAST Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor and Store Operations on progress and issues.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Install, update, and maintain store signage including price cuts and managers’ specials.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Promote a safe and productive work environment and adhere to safety guidelines.
