Job summary

SAS Retail Services, part of Advantage Solutions, is seeking an in-store merchandising helper to support retailers, build displays, reset shelves, and monitor inventory to maximize sales in Boise.

You will assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires; no prior experience required as training is provided. You must be 18+, physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and end caps and reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
