SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead in Mesa, AZ. You will provide in-store merchandising support, build displays and end caps, reset shelves, and rotate stock to maximize sales.

You will also back leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires. No prior experience required; training provided. 18+, lifting up to 50 lbs, reliable transportation, strong customer service and team-building skills.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to use a smartphone/tablet to record work after each shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
