Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandiser in New Jersey. You will build displays, rotate stock, and monitor inventory to maximize sales opportunities, while supporting leadership with reporting and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided, with opportunities for additional hours and benefits options available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to work location.
• 1–2 years merchandising experience preferred.
• Experience leading and training people is a plus.
• Able to use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shopper needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
