Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers and shoppers. You will build displays, reset shelves, rotate products, and track inventory to maximize sales across assigned stores.

You will also assist leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while benefiting from training and growth opportunities. No prior experience required; we provide support to help you succeed and advance.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in retail settings.
• 1-2 years of merchandising experience and ability to lead/train others.
• Own transportation to and from store locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
