Job summary

SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking team members to provide in-store merchandising support. You will build displays, rotate shelves, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities while supporting leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided to help you succeed, with additional hours possible.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 1–2 years of merchandising experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Experience leading and training people.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to record work with a smartphone or tablet.
• Safety-first mindset in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support by building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory.
• Support leadership with reporting, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
