SAS Retail Services, an Advantage Solutions company, is seeking an in-store merchandising team member in New Jersey. You will help retailers by building displays, rotating stock, and tracking inventory to maximize sales opportunities. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.

You will need strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Growth opportunities abound as we promote from within.

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
• Build displays and end caps; reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
