Job summary

Advantage Solutions’ Retail Odyssey team is seeking a front-line in-store merchandiser to support retailers, build displays, reset shelves, manage product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities. You will assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires, while bringing a friendly, energetic attitude.

You must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, and have 1–2 years merchandising experience.

Qualifications

Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
You’re 18 years or older.
Capable of moving, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
Have 1-2 years of merchandising experience.
Have experience leading and training people.
Can use a smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers and teammates.
Self-starter with a bias for action and results.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Maintain safety-first approach in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

In-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers' needs.
Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
