Job summary

Macy's seeks a Merchandising Colleague (Front of House) to enhance the in-store experience with merchandise placement, signage accuracy, and a welcoming customer journey. You will collaborate across departments to support sales, ensure displays are organized, and help customers feel seen and valued on the floor.

You will greet customers, provide assistance, refresh signage, and participate in store-wide promotions while maintaining a neat and shoppable environment daily.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers and supervisors.
• Able to read and understand employment policies in English.
• Able to learn store products and provide expert guidance.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with a welcoming demeanor and help meet sales goals.
• Support visual merchandising: update mannequins, reset floor layouts and align with directives.
• Replenish merchandise, update signs and pricing, recover floors and fitting rooms.
• Collaborate with colleagues to prepare the space for the next day and promote loyalty benefits.
