Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a store merchandising associate in Ladson, SC. You will merchandise shelves, coolers, and displays, rotate stock, and set up promotional materials while maintaining backroom organization.

This role requires frequent movement, lifting cases 20–45 lbs, and operating equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks. You'll follow designated routes, maintain consistent attendance, and build relationships with store personnel.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Deliver customer service and maintain regular attendance.
