Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to manage product placement in large-volume grocery accounts. You will stock shelves, rotate items, and set up displays, ensuring products are attractively presented and reorder points are maintained.

The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, traveling between stores, and using hand trucks and pallet jacks. You will work with store personnel and Pepsi management to meet promotional deadlines and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, route adherence).
• Service accounts during designated times established by management.
• Deliver customer service and attentiveness to customer needs.
