Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a dedicated merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and set up displays in large-volume grocery accounts across the Fredericksburg area. The role is physically demanding, requiring lifting 20–45 lb cases, driving to multiple stores, and using handheld devices to input orders; reliable attendance and a valid U.S.

Qualifications

• Must have the physical ability to lift 20–45 lb cases.
• Must possess a valid US driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Experience merchandising and assisting customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in the backroom and on the shelf.
• Transport products to and from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (e.g., U Boats, hand trucks, pallet jacks).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock in neat and orderly condition.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at the store level.
• Comply with operating procedures (scan-in/scan-out, designated route).
• Deliver customer service (communication, rapport building, attentiveness).
• Operate with minimal supervision (self-managed role).
• Use handheld devices to write/input orders.
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance.
