Job summary

Tropicana Brands Group is seeking a shelf merchandiser to stock, rotate, and display products in large-volume grocery accounts. The role involves lifting cases weighing 20–45 pounds, moving products between backroom and floor, and maintaining organized stock rooms.

You will interact with store personnel and manage in-store displays on a regular schedule. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating products, maintaining neat backrooms, and communicating issues to store management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Pass the physical capabilities test (if applicable).
• Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License and proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with products in assigned accounts.
• Rotate products in backroom and on shelves.
• Transport products to/from backroom to shelf location.
• Use equipment to transport products (hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Display promotional material such as signs and banners in accounts.
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly.
• Communicate store issues to store managers and Pepsi management.
• Build customer relationships at store level.
