Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising associate to support retailers by building displays, ending caps, and rotating stock. You will help maximize sales opportunities while providing friendly customer service to shoppers and store staff.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; you must be 18 or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation is needed for this on-site role.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• You must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to perform physical work including moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to the work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including building displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure products are presented effectively and attractive.
