Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an entry-level in-store merchandising associate to support retailers with displays, rotations, and inventory management. You will interact with customers, management, and teammates in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates are 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs, with reliable transportation and a strong customer-service mindset. Training is provided, and additional hours may be available.

Qualifications

• Experience in frontline customer service or retail environments preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and take initiative.
• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in person.
• Commitment to safety and following store procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers, including displays and end caps.
• Reset shelves with product rotation and organize merchandise.
• Track inventory to maximize sales opportunities and ensure store readiness.
