Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking individuals to provide in-store merchandising support, including building displays, end caps, and shelf resets to optimize sales opportunities. This role involves tracking inventory and collaborating with store personnel to meet shopper needs.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; candidates must be 18+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation and customer-focused skills are essential for success in this on-site retail

Qualifications

• Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities.
