Job summary

The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking an in-store merchandising assistant to help shape the shopper experience. You will build displays and end caps, rotate stock, and track inventory to maximize sales opportunities across partner retailers.

No prior experience is required as training and team support are provided; workers must be at least 18 and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Competitive hourly wages and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• You’re 18 years or older.
• Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
• Have reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with our clients, customers and team members.
• Are a motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills.
• Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• Build displays and end caps, reset shelves with product rotation.
• Track inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
