Job summary

Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser in Lima, OH to present and rotate products at customer retail locations, following planograms and quality guidelines.

You will service multiple accounts, communicate with store management, and ensure proper display of products and promotional materials. The role requires physical capability (lifting up to 50 lbs), valid driver's license, and a dependable work ethic in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably with little daily supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf according to procedures.
• Move product from backroom to display area.
• Create and distribute point-of-sale materials and rotate stock as needed.
• Organize back room by stacking and arranging product and managing returns and damaged goods.
• Maintain strong relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and proactive communication.
