Formación

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Merchandisers must have excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving.
• Company provided cell phone.

Responsabilidades

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and programs.
• Physically moves products from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products; checks vendor operation.
• Organizes back room, stacks and arranges products by package and flavor, and manages returns of pallets and damaged/expired stock.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-ups, pricing, programs, and upcoming activities.
