Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing).
• Prior customer service experience in retail preferred.
• Able to work in fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to follow planograms and communicate with store management.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display according to procedures and programs.
• Moves product from backroom to display.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials and rotates products; checks vendors.
• Organizes back room and pallets; manages damaged/out-of-date stock.
• Maintains relationships with store personnel through follow-ups and proactive discussions.
