The position involves moving products from backrooms to shelves, placing point-of-sale materials, and coordinating with store management.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to satisfy varied customer needs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs repeatedly).
• Able to work reliably and independently with little supervision.
• Strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures and programs.
• Move products from backroom to display.
• Create and distribute point of sale materials on display and shelf; rotate product.
• Organize and maintain back room by stacking and arranging products by package and flavor; manage returns of damaged/expired stock.
• Foster relationships with store personnel through follow-ups on requests, pricing, and new opportunities.
