Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Merchandiser in Mansfield to present products at customer retail locations, follow planograms, and attract consumer attention. You will service multiple accounts, rotate stock, and set up displays in accordance with programs.

The role requires reliable, independent workers with strong communication skills; prior retail experience is preferred. Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have valid in-state driver’s license.
• Excellent driving history.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, able to work with little supervision.
• Company-provided cell phone is provided.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs.
• Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display.
• Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelve where permitted.
• Rotates product and checks vendor operations for proper setup.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
